Our Bespoke specialist electrical testing, inspection and maintenance team offers excellent service ensuring that our client’s are compliant with current legislation, Health & Safety Laws and meet the conditions of their insurance policies.
Our trained and experienced team are able to provide the following services;
Periodic Inspection & Testing / EICR (Electrical Inspection Condition Report)
Electrical installation will deteriorate with age and it is imperative to maintain the installation to ensure users are not put at risk. Our engineers will inspect the electrical installation against the requirements of BS7671 – Requirements for Electrical Installations (IEE Wiring Regulations) – as amended, which is the national safety standard for electrical installations.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
It is recommended that all electrical equipment and appliances are regularly tested, in accordance with the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) code of practice, to check for cable damage, incorrect fuses and poor electrical connections as faults can lead to serious safety hazards and fire.

It is a legal requirement to ensure escape routes are illuminated if the normal lighting has failed for any reason. At Bespoke facilities, we design, supply, install, commission and maintain essential emergency lighting systems, ensuring compliance with BS 5266, BS EN 50172 and The Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996.
To ensure a consistent and efficient service delivery, Bespoke Facilities use infrared technology to “see” and “measure” thermal energy emitted from distribution boards or other electrical installations.
Infrared thermography cameras produce images of invisible infrared or “heat” radiation and enable us to obtain a precise non-contact temperature measurement. Nearly everything gets hot before it fails; making infrared cameras and Thermal Image Surveys extremely cost-effective, valuable diagnostic tools in identifying equipment that may cause danger if left.
Thermography is recognized for the first time in the current 17th Edition of the Wiring Regulations as a method of effectively maintaining your electrical systems.
